Our deepest condolences to the Margolian, Beiner and Throp families: I remember speaking with this remarkable lady as a young boy. My mother was forever stopping in to browse the stylish outfits at Shirlee’s Shoppe. Mom had many conversations with Shirlee and purchased many of her clothes from her. Mom (Ruth Jamieson) always commented on how classy Shirlee was and how well she dressed throughout her life. Best of all, she knew how to treat her customers. Mom was always given top notch service and made to feel special, as was I. We were greeted with a big smile and genuine interest. It’s no wonder Shirlee was a successful business woman; with her charming personality and outstanding work ethic, she was destined for success! She will be fondly remembered as a quality lady and an excellent entrepreneur! God Bless!
