Mrs. Hazel Marie Hazlett- Sparks died peacefully in Fisherman’s Memorial Hospital on July 7th 2017 Lunenburg, Nova Scotia at the age of 87.Hazel was born on June 15th 1930 in Milton, Queens County, Nova Scotia to the late James and Eva Croft. Hazel is survived by her sisters Nellie Roy and Viola Oickle. Her Daughters Linda (John) Conrad, Lois (Donald) Smith, Claudia (Gordon) Isaacson, Diane (Alan) McElhinney and Margret (Kim) Hazlett. Her sons Clyde Hazlett, Bordon Hazlett and John (Christine) Hazlett. Her Grandchildren Belinda Conrad, Ronnie Doucette, John Warrington, Chasity Whidden, Louise Hazlett, Chris McElhinney, Tosha McElhinney, Nicole Hazlett, Tammy Cole, Stacey Hazlett, Sabrina Hazlett, Bordon-John Hazlett, Jennifer Lake, Carrie Layne and Steven Hazlet. Her great Grandchildren Kyle, Kolton, Jonathan, Chase, Chloe-Ray, Justine, Jordon, Brock, Melody, Hannah, Carson, Jaxon, Savanah, Kiauna, Ethan, Kristen, Michael, Gage, Ryker and Blake. Her Great-Great Grandchildren Kayle, Tobias, Nicholas, Hayden, Malichi and Oden. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A graveside Service is scheduled for Friday July 14th at Greenville Cemetery at 4pm with Reverend Bill Newell. Immediate family and friends only.
