Obituary for Keith Ramon Harding

Keith Ramon Harding
Keith Ramon Harding- 83, of Richfield, Digby County, passed away January 15, 2017 at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born, July 20, 1933, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Minnie (Nickerson) Harding. Keith left home when he was young to seek work in Ontario, where he married, had a family and worked as a truck driver. He was also a well-respected volunteer fireman for many years at Orillia, Ontario, where he resided. After the death of his 1st wife Keith moved back home to Richfield. There he remarried and spent his retirement years. He was a gifted woodworker and spent many hours in his shop crafting many wood items of which his family and friends became the proud owners of. Keith was an avid lover of the outdoors and spent much of his time fishing and hunting until his health prevented him from doing so. He very proudly had his deer hanging in the garage every fall. Keith was predeceased by his 1st wife, Carol O’Neil; 2nd wife, Marilyn (Gavel) Trask; daughter, Tamara, siblings, Lorraine Crowell, Edwin Harding, Chester Harding, Victor Harding and infant brother Lawrence. Surviving are sons Tim (Kelly) Harding and John (Susan) Trask, Grandchildren; Melissa and Matthew Trask; special buddy across the road, Carter; Brothers; Lloyd, Earl, Hillbert, Ray, Paul, Murray, Sisters; Merlie Crowell, Mabel Roberts, Pearl (Ernie) Laporte, Pauline (Rick Floody), Margaret Gray, Alice (Donald) Smith. Keith you will be missed by all your family and friends.
